Logo policy

Logo and Trademark Usage

Thank you for your interest in a using a trademark or logo or creating a web link to the Voice Commerce Group Limited Web site or to one of our subsidiary companies. Please be advised that this document is a legal and binding agreement between Voice Commerce Group Limited and you, the requesting party. If you agree to these terms, please follow these instructions.

  1. Read this document.
  2. Complete the form at the bottom of this page indicating your agreement with these terms.
  3. Upon Voice Commerce Groups receipt of your acceptance of this agreement, and the requestor's completion of the Request Form, an e-mail notification will be sent to the requestor with instructions for downloading the logo.

Voice Commerce Group asks that you agree to follow a few simple rules when using any of our trademarks or logos. If you have any questions, or have a proposed use that is not in strict conformance with these rules, please contact our Legal Department by clicking here.

  1. The Voice Commerce Group trademarks and Logo’s (the "Logo’s") may be used only to refer or relate to Voice Commerce Group products and services, and for no other purpose. Your use of the Logo inures solely to Voice Commerce Groups benefit. You agree to abide by the Voice Commerce Group Trademark & Logo Usage Requirements currently located at 
  2. Your use of the Logo must be truthful and not misleading. You may not use the Logo to imply any relationship with, or endorsement or sponsorship by, Voice Commerce Group that is not true. You may not use the Logo in connection with any disparaging statements about Voice Commerce Group or its products, or in any manner that may otherwise reflect poorly on Voice Commerce Group.
  3. The Logo may only be used as a link to either http://www.voice-commerce.com or the appropriate group company web site and for no other purpose. It may not link to other pages on your web site, or to anyone else's web site. This Agreement applies only to web pages, and not to other uses, such as documentation, product packaging, or other advertising or marketing materials. Voice Commerce Group has other business partner logo programs that may allow for such uses.
  4. The Logo may not be a predominant feature on your web site. This means (at minimum) that it must appear smaller than your web page title and your company logo, it may not be displayed larger or more prominently than other company logos on your page, and it should not appear at the top of the page, but rather at the bottom, along the sides, or in some location less prominent than the top.
  5. You may not alter the Logo in any way. You must use only a Voice Commerce Group-supplied graphic file, according to these guidelines. The Logo must appear by itself; it may not be combined with any other graphic or textual elements and may not be used as a design element of any other logo or trademark.
  6. Unless required to use a more specific legend by any other agreement you may have with Voice Commerce Group, you agree to use the following legend on the page where the Logo appears or on an appropriate linked page:

    "Complete as appropriate e.g. VoicePay® and the Voice Commerce Group Logo are trademarks or registered trademarks of Voice Commerce Group Limited, in the United States European Union and other countries."

  7. Voice Commerce Group reserves the right to approve or disapprove the use of the Logo on your web site (size, surrounding text, etc.) to ensure that it complies with these rules.
  8. You acknowledge Voice Commerce Group's rights in the Logo, and agree not to adopt, use, register, or attempt to register anywhere in the world any name, trademark, logo or similar designation confusingly similar to the Logo. You will acquire no rights in the Logo through this use and shall take no action that may harm the Logo or that is inconsistent with Voice Commerce Group's interest in it. If you do happen to obtain rights in the Logo, you will give those rights back to Voice Commerce Group. You may not give the Logo to anyone else.
  9. VOICE COMMERCE GROUP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES REGARDING ITS LOGOS, INCLUDING WARRANTIES AGAINST INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS AND ANY WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE IMPLIED BY APPLICABLE LAW. VOICE COMMERCE GROUP DOES NOT GRANT ANY INDEMNITY AGAINST INFRINGEMENT OR OTHER CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF A VOICE COMMERCE GROUP LOGO UNDER THIS AGREEMENT. YOU USE ANY SUCH LOGOS AT YOUR OWN RISK, AND AGREE TO INDEMNIFY VOICE COMMERCE GROUP AGAINST ALL CLAIMS AND LIABILITY THAT MAY ARISE FROM YOUR USE OF ANY VOICE COMMERCE GROUP LOGO. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE VOICE COMMERCE GROUP'S LOGO.
  10. Voice Commerce Group reserves the right, at any time and without cause, to modify or suspend these policies and withdraw any permission granted under this Agreement to use any Voice Commerce Group logo. Voice Commerce Group reserves the right to take action against any misuse or unfair, misleading, diluting, or infringing use of Voice Commerce Group's trademarks and logos.
  11. You may not use the Logo on any web site that is in violation of any applicable laws or governmental regulations.
  12. This agreement shall be governed by United Kingdom law. This Agreement is the parties' entire agreement relating to its subject matter, and it may not be modified unless in writing signed by an authorized representative of each party. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if any use of the Logo is governed by existing agreements you have entered into with Voice Commerce Group Limited, this agreement does not supersede or alter the terms of such other agreements.

Before you request to use the Engage™- Powered By Voice Commerce Group™ logo, please carefully review and complete the software licence agreement governing your use of the Engage software which is available at the link below. In submitting your application for logo access and usage, you agree to the terms governing the trademarks and logo’s of Voice Commerce Group Limited.
