VoicePay® allows consumers to authorise financial transactions via a mobile phone using their unique biometric "Voice Signature".
Consumers can open a VoicePay account in just a few minutes during which time our system will call them and asked them to record their unique voice signature. The consumer then has the option to simply registers a credit or debit card to their account.
When the consumer pays for goods and chooses to pay by VoicePay, they receive a short call to their mobile phone, where their identity will be verified. Verification is achieved by comparing unique biometric characteristics of their voice to the pre-recorded voice signature that has been stored in our VoiceTransact TrustCentre. If successfully verified the payment is then sent for processing.
Consumers can also use their VoicePay Voice Signature as a means of identification when used in conjunction with KYC Secure.
